Despite the staff from Heineken Flavia to mention a few, they also couldn't retrieve the tickets on my app or email nor had they any reference of the number viator provided. Flavia looked after us and the trip was brilliant. We sadly couldn't do the canal part of the trip as it was leaving from near central station, the other side of city and most likely face the same issues we had when entering Heineken experience”
