“Overall a good tour and guide. I wish they had scheduled more time in Delft, a beautiful city, but only had enough time for lunch an a quick stroll around the historic city center. Otherwise, Rotterdam and the Hague were nice to see and spend some time in. We were super late in returning to our pick up point due to the weather and Amsterdam traffic. We were not given the option to get off the bus in Amsterdam to take public transportation until it was too late. The situation was not handled by the tour provider in a way with consideration to the customers.”
